Zero Balancing is a therapeutic technique that is part of the integrative medicine.

It promotes the rebalancing of the body, the reunion between its physical structure and the energy inherent in the body itself. It is fundamentally about balancing, through the therapist’s touch, the energy of the body with the body structure. It could be defined as a form of structural acupressure (similar to acupressure) in which, by applying pressure points and stretching at specific points on the body, it allows the body’s energy flows to be rebalanced.

Zero Balancing provides great well-being, body relaxation and balance at a structural, physical and emotional level. In the emotional field, it is an important help to deal with anxiety, depression, nervousness, stress, insecurity, grief, abandonment, fatigue, saturation, insomnia. It is also a good support in times of change.

It was devised by Fritz Frederick Smith in the 1970s.
